1 - You can e-mail, telephone, fax or or snail mail your order to us.
    Please look at the order form to see info we need if you e-mail 
    your order.  For those uncomfortable with credit card information 
    through e-mail, you may e-mail your order and then telephone with 
    credit card information. If we are not available, your credit card
    information is secure with our answering machine.
  
    
2 - Please read ORDERING INFORMATION which includes terms of 
    sale, order cut-off dates, shipping dates, etc.



3 - It is much easier for us to help you and answer questions via E-mail. 
    Please be patient, we usually get back within a day. 
    We are in the garden most all day and cannot always answer the phone.
    If you wish to talk to us, calling between 8AM and 9:30 AM Eastern Time
    or after dark Eastern Time will usually find us near the phone. 
    Other times you will probably get our answering machine. 
    Leave your message and we will get back to you.  Please don't panic
    if it takes us until the next day to return your call.
